Does sperm travel upwards via spermatic cord/vas deferen into seminal vesicles from testicles only when sexually aroused or even when you are not?

Here are some...: Sperms staying in epididymides, which consists of 6-7 meters long convoluted fine tubules, for maturation and propelled out through vas deferens by peristalsis at the time of orgasm to coherently converge with the fluid inside seminal vesicles to be ejaculated out as semen. That is how these parts of body works.

Even when not: Sperm continues to travel the route you described and is stored in the seminal vesicles. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
