i haven't been sexually active in about a year, but within the past 1-2 months i have developed a rash on my pelvis. no itch. no pain.

Rash: The only thing that comes to mind of all stds that may have occurred would be herpes. Syphilis is the other one that presents with skin lesions but it would have been much quicker than a year since the exposure. There is also another cause other than stds. Seeing a doc and letting him figure it out would probably be the best next step.

See an OB/GYN: Cannot diagnose this without seeing it. Make sure that this is not std and be tested for others.
