Usually.: The standard vaccination protocol involves a total of three shots, with the second a week after the first, and then the third between 3 & 4 weeks after the first. However, if you received three shots on a different schedule than that, then there may be some question. You can check whether your are immune with a blood test.

Maybe: The recommended use for those in high risk populations is a booster after 2 years or verification of antibody protection, whichever is easier. With something this important I would never leave such an issue to chance.
