Knee injury. x-ray no fracture or dislocation-mrihoriz tear of the medi menisc, partial tearof mcl-grii sprain. why still can't walk and hurt after 2 month?

Pain from meniscus: It could be that the meniscal tear never healed and it is continuing to cause you pain and irritation. A large percentage of meniscal tears end up needing to be addressed surgically.

Consult orthopaedics: The injury to your knee was significant. While the injury to the mcl (medial collateral ligament) will heal on its own, the injury to medial meniscus will probably not. The meniscus tear is most likely the source of your ongoing pain and will most likely require an arthroscopic surgery. Seek an orthopaedic consult to discuss your best treatment.
