I fractured my t11 about 3 weeks ago and i'm still having bad pain and pain in my legs from hip to knee they get numb and tingly. i can't get out of bed in morning pain is so bad to sit up in bed! is my back getting worse is surgery a option? the pa?

Your hip and knee pain and sensory symptom are not related to the fractured T11 and if the thoracic vertebra was damaged in an accident then hip and knee problem could be due to the accident as well. If the T11 is collapsed and the nerve is heavily compressed, surgery is an option if pain can't be controlled with conservative measures. Good luck.
