The eye symptoms: associated with hyperthyroidism are usually described as abnormal protrusion of the eyes. There can be puffiness around the eyes. Not so sure about the bags. In any case, B complex vitamin supplements will not help. If hyperthyroidism is the correct diagnosis, then only the correct treatment (medication, surgery) can control the overactive gland. Work with your doctor/probably an Endocrinologist.
