See a GI doctor: Or your pcp right away. This sounds like it may be one of several things, but pancreatitis is not likely unless you have gallstones or are alcoholic. This may well be gallstones, or several other diagnoses and the only way to find out is to go and be examined. You may need endoscopy along with history and physical. Good luck.
