Gastroenterologist: Discomfort in the right upper abdomen radiating around to the back is characteristic of gall bladder pathology. Gall stone disease can cause pancreatic inflammation. What were the findings on a gall bladder ultrasound? Any stones? Any sludge? I believe a gastroenterologist is best qualified to evaluate your symptoms and investigate further. See an abdominal surgeon if gall bladder pathology found
