I've had very light bleeding within the past 3 days & i'm 5wks preg. my hcg levels are increasing and some blood was found in the ultrasound. should i worry about bleeding not accompanied my cramps?

Close watching: It is probably ok, and there really is nothing that can be done to prevent a miscarriage if it is about to happen. But with increasing HCG levels, and only very light spotting, i would think this more placental implantation.

Bleeding: What you have just described is a clot behind the placenta. That's a fairly common finding in pregnancy. No worries. Try not to do excessive work or lift heavy loads, do what you can in other words.
