Well....: Don't know enough about your condition to make a recommendation. If you are feeling more depressed with less sleep secondary to lexapro - then you need to let your doctor know. If that is the case, then perhaps you need a different medication to treat your obsessive compulsive disorder rather than adding in a mood stabilizer. Do you also have a separated mood disorder?
