I am taking escitalopram for depression & panic disorder. but i am suffering from insomnia. can trazodone or zolpidem be taken for insomnia? which gd?

Either one : Its common to prescribe trazodone or zolpidem to treat insomnia in pts taking SSRI meds for anxiety or depression. Trazodone is the wiser choice because it has anti-anxiety properties which zolpidem lacks.
