Needs to be checked: Pelvic pain can be due to many causes.It can be due to pelvic infection,Ovarian condition like a cyst,Uterine condition.I suggest since the pain is so bad you call it excruciating.Go to the nearest ER and get it checked.You need an exam and if indicated other tests like imaging ultrasound or cat scan etc to find out the cause and treatappropriately
