That certainly could be migraines, but you should get an evaluation by a good PCP or neurologist to get a more firm diagnosis. In addition to lifestyle changes such a more regular sleep and high doses of the B-vitamin riboflavin to break the cycle headaches, good initial medications include anti-inflammatory doses of NSAIDs and triptans—requiring prescriptions. May need other medications later.

Your headaches seem to be "Menstrual Migraines", and could be prevented and/or stopped by appropriate medications. Both OTC and prescriptions items could be considered. It is best to consult a neurologist and devise an effective interventional program.
