My fingers' joints (if i'm correct about the joints) hurt when in touch with cold water. they suddenly hurt, its like a sharp pain that will only go away if i make my hands warm again. is this normal? i don't remember them always being this way.

Do they change color: Sometimes: can occur in certain situations. Often people's fingers turn white with a condition called Raynauds. I can't be certain what you have but you can discuss it with your physician
