Small wood splinter in index finger. i removed with tweezers and washed hands with warm water and soap and used alcohol. last tdap was 5 years ago. do i need to get atado booster or go to urgent care?

Not particularly. For minor exposures like this the past booster should protect you for 10 yrs. If you have your hands in soil a lot for any reason I would consider a booster more often.

Watch for signs of infection, including redness, swelling and discharge. If the area begins to look infected, a booster may be indicated. Keep the area clean and dry.
