Inflammatory prob: The symptoms you're describing along with your history of bowel issues are concerning for an inflammatory arthritis or connective tissue diagnosis. Recommend rheumatologic evaluation and testing as soon as possible to help make an appropriate diagnosis for you. I'm sorry this wasn't more help. Best of luck
