Jurassic Allodynia.: The phenomena that you are experiencing is thought to a type of cutaneous neuropathy or commonly known as a cutaneous cold allodynia. Your brain is sensing a normally non painful stimuli as a painful one. This is probably best treated by a neurologist or physiatrist.
