What happens if you consistently maintain low protein intake?i have to lose weight so i eat little ingeneral.my physician/endo does not seem concerned

Why?: Why would you eat low protein? By default, that means you eat a high carbohydrate diet, in percentage terms. That is not the best way to lose weight, and keep it off by a healthy eating regimen. Eating a diet higher in protein has been shown in multiple studies, as well as real-world confirmation, to be best for remaining healthy while changing body composition in a permanent fashion.

Try to eat some,,: While less food intake is good for a diet, it's important not to eliminate nutrition. Protein is important for health and to maintain iron in women of child bearing age.
