the right front side of my throat approx. just to the right of my adam's apple has been bothering me when swallowing. not bad pain but just like a pin?

Throat pain: Is the pain with swallowing? Tender to touch? It could be internal throat irritation, a lymph node or the thyroid gland that is behind the discomfort. An exam would help sort this out.
