Now, that's annoying: Since that feeling is near your Adam's apple (or in your case, your Eve's apple) it's probably not coming from your ear on that side. But it could be a cartilage near your apple. Best to have it examined by your regular doctor. Be sure to tell him/her if you have ever had trauma to that area.
