Hello, i have behcet's syndrome, and i'm having a very painful flare-up. i'm already on tapentadol for a severe herniation. what else can i do/take?

Behcet's syndrome: First I wish you all the best in overcoming the disease. Second, every case is different, and management of flare ups, is tailored to every case, however besides analgesics, anti-inflammatory agents as corticosteroids are used too. Third, you can't be managed online with such a complex disease, if no center where you live deals with your diagnosis, please seek a rheumatologist help and follow up
