Think longer term,,: You're doing a great thing by walking like you do. It's great for weight loss and your health. A healthy diet is also important with plenty of fruits and vegetables. Other than these steps, likely the best thing to do is to keep going. Best of luck.

Reduce intake: Do not overdue the rate of weight loss. You can lose a kg or two each week by strictly reducing your dietary intake and increasing exercise, but too much too fast can be harmful. It took you a while to get there. Relax, you will survive a little extra for a slightly longer time. Nobody will love you less for it, and if they do, ignore them.
