Zit?: Likely a pimple, boil, or infected hair follicle or oil gland. Apply warm compresses to it for 20 minutes 4-6 times a day. Don't pop it and it might drain on its own. If it gets worse, really painful, spreading redness or you run a fever, please get seen right away. Facial infections can spread rapidly and be very dangerous. Since this is summer, if it itches, could be a bug bite, too!
