I hurt my neck about 2 months ago and by over-turning my head very fast, and it has been hurting ever since with muscle cramps, migraines, and a large hard lump on one the worse side and a smaller lump on the other side of the spine, is this bad?

Let me put your concerns in another way. It is not normal. I advise you that you make an appointment with an Orthopedist for an evaluation and possibly X-rays.
