Unlikely: Stomach cancer - no....very rare in kids and would not present this way. There are other cancers that could be in vicinity of kidney causing symptoms you describe. Time to finish the evaluation with abdominal CT scan and go from there. Remember though, cancer in children very rare. More likely other kidney problem leading to obstruction and his symptoms
