See ur doctor: i'm assuming pregnancy test & urine test (e.g. for infection or trace blood w stones) are negative. unclear what ultrasound looked at - appendix can be hard to see on ultrasound, and guessing looked at gallbladder and ovaries. See ur doctor if continued, but urgent if fever not resolved, vomit, blood, increased pain or pain moved to right lower quadrant. Happy to consult and review results
