Possible, +other: Swelling and and an air/fluid barrier around the kidney could be a number of processes including kidney infection, obstructive hydronephrosis, urinary tract infection, vesicoureteral reflux (urine refluxes back into the kidney from obstruction), acute or chronic renal failure, renal tumor or kidney stones.
