Two ultrasound scans show a 10 mm ureterstone in my left ureter and three smaller kidney stones in the left kidney. some fluid behind ureterstone. never pain. haven't had treatment in the five years of having stones. what should be the treatment?

You should consult a urologist for a proper treatment. The stones in the ureter may be causing blockage that has the risk of damaging the kidney. The stones could be removed by an endoscopy procedure. It is imperative that you seek a consultation with a urologist at your earliest. Wish you good health!
