Here are some...: Sorry to hear such. In general, if the expected pain peaked around 2-3 days after laceration and started slowly but surely fading away day by day, that is okay although the pace of betterment is not as fast as you wish, just give time and patience. But, if not or reverse its course of betterment, seek timely evaluation for possible wound infection. Best wish to recovery...

Plan : You just need more time for recovery , like one more week. Hope the laceration is superficial and you can bend finger in fist. If it will remain restricted you need to see a hand surgeon. Best regards.
