Ask your dentist: It is probably OK by now, but you should ask the dentist Who did the extraction. They should have given you instructions after the procedure, but if they did not you should call them and ask. Good luck.

It depends...: Many people are fine to resume normal by now. It depends on the extent of the surgery and effective wound closure (for your teeth in particular), your immune system, rate of healing, and what you mean by normal foods. Call your surgeon or re-read the post-op instructions you were given.

As Tolerated: With the removal of only one upper wisdom tooth, you should be able to eat normal food immediately using the other side of your mouth to chew.
