Possible illness: an accumulation of fluid or mucous that is evident on x-ray. Why was this x-ray ordered?- bronchitis, pneumonia or shortness of breath???

Infiltrates:: Difficult to narrow down without the images and clinical information. It could be a variety of things: pneumonia, inflammatory, neoplastic.
