I have my xray result and the findings is there are fibrohazed infiltrates in the left upper lobe. whst does it mean?

This should be co-related with any symptoms and findings- your MdD should explain it. If no symptoms now it could be a scar tissue from a previous infection.

There is an area of scarring and possible infection. Please discuss COVID 19 and TB testing. The area may represent resolving infection or persistent inflammatory changes in the lung. Further correlation is requested. Do you have symptoms? Have you been in contact with anyone who is ill? Watch for signs of shortness of breath, cough and wheezing. More details would be helpful.
