I just got my meniscus repaired a month ago. it has just started popping and now its swelling. is this normal after meniscus surgery?

No;see your ortho MD: The clicking and popping sounds should be gone, and there should be minimal swelling at one month out. In particular, you should not have NEW swelling. You have risk for an infection. Follow up with your surgeon ASAP.
