Lymph nodes: Any infection can cause enlarged lymph nodes. What you describe is very possible but not necessarily the cause in your case.

Yes: You have both infected teeth and infected gums. Both can cause lymph node enlargement as infection spreads toward other organs. Please have your infections treated ASAP. They will not self heal. See your Dentist.
