I've been diagnosed with aml in 2011, been in remission twice both times was a short period. i'm now at the point where they can't do nothing else?

Clinical trials: Without knowing any specifics, such as the characteristics of your AML (risk group), what treatment you have had, and where you are being treated, it is difficult to give concrete suggestions. If it is possible for you, going to an academic medical center is your best bet to know what your options are, such as participating in clinical trials. I wish you the best.
