Neck pains especially in front and when i move it and pains only when i swallow saliva on the left side. normal with food and water.

External neck pain: One uses different muscles when one swallows saliva and when you eat and drink.The fact that movement makes pain worse I believe it is external that means it could be in the flat muscles of the neck. Hence confirm where it hurts you when you move the neck. Just using topical antiinflammatory cream or proper exercises will help you.
