Hi! i have been having a sore throat for 4 days and a stuffy nose and cold! with my throat i sometimes can't swallow my saliva and water and food some?

Sore Throat: Yikes! Not good if you feel you can't swallow your own saliva...it could be a wide variety of things including viral like mononucleosis or strept and something serious like an abscess. I would try chloraseptic spray and something cool like Popsicles but please have a parent or guardian take you in to be seen ASAP. Let me know how you are doing if you get a chance.
