75 minutes after dinner blood sugar was 176. at the 2 hrs point it was down to 105. quite high at 75 minutes but great at the 2 hr mark. significance?

Result likely normal: 1 hour: less than 200 mg/dL (11.1 mmol/L) whereas at 2 hours: less than 140 mg/dL (7.8 mmol/L); between 140-200 is "prediabetes"; >200 mg/dL (11.1 mmol/L) is diabetes.
