Yes!: Your body stores many days worth of calories in the form of fat. If your body needs more energy between meals, and you don't eat, it will mobilize the calories in these fat stores to feed your body and your baby's body. Unless you are having blood sugar problems, this meal pattern is acceptable. Stay well hydrated, snack when you're hungry, and sleep as much as you need to for a healthy pregnancy.
