I am 12 weeks pregnant and really suffering from bad hayfever. constant sneezing and itchy red eyes, my nose is not blocked. what medicine can i take?

Hayfever/pregnancy: Good day.OTC allergex 4mg tabs should be safe for now.Other medications can be used in second trimester,though I would prefer you took this up with your doctor for ongoing management.

Best to ask your doc: Usually nasal steroids are safe during pregnancy and help itchy eyes also.However, best to ask your OB.The reason is because very few drugs are studied during pregnancy and the data on safety is limited,so implied but not really known for sure.
