My 4 yr old son has been struggling with his allergies recently. his eyes are red and itchy all the time, accompanied by persistent sneezing. he is on 3.5ml xyzal once a day. please advise what i am able to give him since we are in lockdown.

Saline rinse/drops: Over the counter allergy eye drops with a children's dosing schedule after gently rinsing the eyes with saline is suggested. Continue to avoid smoke, allergens in the home and outside, while monitoring his temperature. Continue his allergy plan as outlined. If he develops a fever, please contact your PCP right away.
