Does early morning sneezing, running nose and itchy eyes with season change is sign of hay fever?im having this problem since childhood.

Air born allergy: The label "hay fever" has been applied by some to any air born allergy or specifically to the irritants that are in the air when harvest time brings the cutting of hay. Either way, seasonal changes bring new things into the air. Most who are sensitive will also be allergic to the dust mites that permeate your pillow & mattress. Combine the two & you can have morning issues.

Yes. You can start: By taking over the counter non-drowsy antihistamines. .... And eye drops such as ketotifen...Maybe even nasalcrom (cromolyn).. But it is best to see a board certified allergist. Testing is quick and you get answers the same day ..Then you can get a treatment plan directed at your specific symptoms/ situation.
