I'm having this pain behind my left knee and thigh, also on top of my foot hurts. mostly when i'm standing up , walking etc... no injury, no redness, not warm. i had it before and it stopped, after 2 weeks it came back , what can this be?

Baker's cyst, nerve entrapment syndrome, Disc disease putting pressure on nerve. You need a good neurological exam. Tough to do here.
