Normal can be ugly: You could have kidney or heart problems but at your age I would suspect that you have the sl. swollen feet ofter seen at rest in women. Some of us have relish colored feet from pooled blood and the veins will swell as the fill from gravity. Calf muscles are the major source of return blood flow in the less , so use them and balance will be restored, Walk!
