Fell on my knees91/2 weeks ago.My right knee got hurt more than the lft one.The pain is less but still there.The right patella's more protruding than the left one.It feels bumpy.When I touch it,it doesn't hurt much.Can I apply ice on it?What problem?
I have had xrays on my left knee to see what is wrong with it due to it being swollen and hurting back in July. I was diagnosed with have patella in both knees. After physical therapy, my swelling went down - but now its back when I am moving a lot. It doesnt hurt but there is a lot of fluid on the knee and it seems to go away when I work out. But swells when Im doing daily activities: walking, etc. wondering if I need to go back to the doctor or continue PT exercises Swollen Left Knee?
