None of us : are completely symmetrical. Possibly it was that way before the injury. If completely asymptomatic you may be fine but the only way to know if this is related to your injury would be through medical assessment. Take care.

Yes, there can be: anatomic developmental asymmetry,e.g. a bipartite or multipartite patella(more than a single patellar bone) is often on one side only. The patella on one side can also be higher or lower than on the other side due to tendon length differences(patalla alta, patella baja). Following trauma, the patella one one side could be malpositioned(subluxed) due to ligament damage, and seem asymmetric.
