Different meds: So do not take lamictal again. Topamax is a different med. If you don't like liver you can still eat peas.

Yes: S-J Syndrome can occur if one is rechallenged with a drug for which one is sensitive. However, lamotrigene (Lamictal), which is known to potentially give a rash, is not the same as topiramate (Topomax), so while one should always be vigilant when starting a new drug, at least in this case the chances for another reaction are small.
