Maybe.: You need to see a neurologist. If you are truly having seizures, you need medicine to control these so you do not have any permanent damage from them. With medication they can often go away completely (though they may come back if you stop the medicine). Please see a doctor.

Be seen: If you have been diagnosed with epilepsy you should follow up with your neurologist for further evaluation. Nocturnal seizures may be related to other issues and should be followed closely. Workup of fevers should also be evaluated as well. Please see your health care provider to help create a diagnostic and potential treatment plan as necessary.
