Concussion prognosis: It is not likely that a mild concussion will result in seizures or epilepsy. Most seizures that occur after a head injury require a severe injury and they occur soon after. Sometimes very severe injuries seem to cause seizures up to years later. In your case, it is unlikely that the concussion will cause seizures.
