I'm sorry....I can't: make sense of your question. Perhaps you mean "infection" rather than "incision" but I still can't get how a "dry foot" would cause that. Fucicort is a combination of fusidic acid, a type of antibiotic, and betamethasone, a corticosteroid. It is used to treat inflamed and possibly infected skin. If an infection persists in spite of this, further treatment, possibly oral antibiotics, may be needed
